hOW DO I VOLUNTEER?
Check our Discord and ask or DM Waffles Kitty#8391. Volunteers get some special perks including POA (Proof of Attendance) badges, training and experience with management, operations, marketing, and public relations. Visit our staff page.

Nuvo

Nuvo is one of our partners helping us to gameify the metaverse experience. Currently, NFTOPIA does not manage NUVO codes directly. Any questions should be directed at Nuvosphere.io staff and Discord.
What is nuvo's function at nftopia?
We reward you for participating at NFTOPIA events!

You may see QR codes or links shared in chats to collect RP (Reputation Points) into your Nuvo profile.

    • We're scheduling a livestream at the end of the May 5th AMAs during the Hype Train which is an open floor for round table pitches! All project owners are encouraged to come network throughout the weekend and stop by to give a quick pitch & cast your screenshare here while we host giveaways.
  • Drops and Auctions - If you have active drops/auctions, we'd love to promote!
  • Events - Host your own activities, meetups and challenges for the community!
  • Livestream the event
  • Collab Badges - You can use our logo to create event-specific NFTs in collaboration of attending NFTOPIA and you do not need to be a paying sponsor to participate. Just give us a heads up so we can promote and provide art, logo, and credit text/links.
  • Achievement Badge Designs - You can help design or create music for our NFT badges which we reward attendees for completing different achievements.
  • Content Creation - Tell people NFTOPIA is happening! We would love to keep growing and include more projects and chains.

Sponsor and Exhibitor Requirements

We just introduced new requirements upon confirming your sponsorship and exhibitor booths!
  • Join the NFTOPIA Discord to use private group DM channel to coordinate communication with staff and receive announcements
  • Create a Discord event + announcement in your server AND/OR Telegram announcement that links to bit.ly/nftopialite
  • Post on social media that you'll be attending NFTOPIA LITE w/ the following hashtags: @thenftopia #nftopialite
  • Optional: Update your social media profiles to mention NFTOPIA LITE
  • Optional: Use Media Kit from website to create your own banners and promote
  • Optional: Best times for high foot traffic and engagement will be 5-9 pm EST outside of Hype Train slot

Promotional Social Media Posts

NFTOPIA staff create these banners to post to social media.

We will need:
  • Your logo sent to your Discord private DM channel (or via email) as soon as possible with as many variations (usually ones that work well on dark backgrounds)
  • Your social media tags so you can be mentioned
  • You to know that cut-off for these banners is two weeks before each event as we will be switching gears to start our normal programing and sponsor/attendee concierge efforts. If we have bandwidth, the team will create your banner as soon as able.

Large sponsors will have logos standalone while smaller sponsors will share logo space.

Social Media Mentions and Engagement

NFTOPIA staff work hard to cover as much social media news and posts around the event from manual searches to identifying tags and mentions.

What this looks like:
  • Like/Comment/Share/Re-Tweet posts tagging @thenftopia and related hashtags
  • Like/Comment/Share/Re-Tweet non-NFTOPIA-related posts by active sponsors/exhibitors
  • NFTOPIA will create content tagging sponsor/exhibitor (especially during collab, official events, scheduled events, etc.)
  • Sponsor/exhibitor sending us a link to their post via their Discord private DM channel to let us know we should engage if able​
  • Adding your videos and articles to our Buzz page

Schedule events at any time

The metaverse space is available for anyone to jump in.
We have paid the venue to cover the entire month of November for increased user capacity of 100 concurrent users.
