• Help where needed from onboarding users inside the venue to promoting the event on social media

General Staff Duties

• Onboard new users/guests in the general and help chat. This may also affect other discord servers and social media channels that have users/guests requiring your assistance.
  
• Promote the event in other discord servers and social media channels.
  
• Engage with event-related content (like, share, comment, etc.)
  
• Take screenshots, gifs, and video content so we can add to the media channel
  

Floor Staff Duties

• Familiarize yourself with using the metaverse platform, Inverse (formerly Gamerjibe), which we use to host events
  
• Onboard new users/guests in the general and help chat. This may also affect other discord servers and social media channels that have users/guests requiring your assistance.
  
• Show guests how to use camera/mic controls
  
• Moderate chats and rooms while walking around the event (kick and ban users as needed; 1-3 warnings)
  
• Show guests where booths are, how to participate in all the different activities (SWAG booth, achievement badges, Scavenger Hunt), and ask about their experience
  
• Attend livestream and ask questions after speaker talks, moderate livestream on Youtube and Twitch, and create clips/highlights on Twitch if possible.
  
• Take screenshots, gifs, and video content so we can add to the media channel

Website Staff Duties

• Update images (banners, logos, speaker photos, etc.)
  
• Update content to reflect next event, archive events, FAQ, etc.
  

Marketing/Content Creation Staff Duties

• Update Event Deck
• Create Activity Banners
• Create Sponsor Logo Promotional posts
• Find relevant potential sponsors and contact them
• Create achievement badge designs
• Create venue banners and room icons

Management Staff Duties

• Confirm sponsorship and payments
• Generate invoices
  
• Program management
• Public relations
  
• Represent and attend interviews on behalf of NFTopia
