SWAG = Stuff We All Get
This is one of the best ways to get attendees to know you and your project! NFTOPIA collects responses and sends you the list after the event and you can directly select winners to send prizes to or have us send on your behalf.

Attendees will see two important links:
  • Bountyblok - This contest form contains all the relevant buttons (follow, share, etc.) to obtain entries to win.
  • Google Form - This is the WL (Whitelist) form which helps us sync up data between Inverse, Nuvo, and wallets.

How to participate...

  1. Confirm your participation via Discord on your private sponsor channel or #swag channel and send SWAG or if you're sending directly, provide info
  2. Confirm SWAG Booth slide design posted to #swag channel on Discord
  3. Promote and wait for responses to come in after event to distribute prizes

Before sending, make sure to memo your name/project and note that the item is for "NFTOPIA LITE SWAG" so we can keep track!

About SWAG

NFTOPIA creates slides to present to attendees and will provide all responses and selected winners after the event.
  1. Provide the following via Discord so that NFTOPIA team can design the SWAG Booth slides.
    1. ​What SWAG you'll be offering (details and estimated value)
    2. How many people can win?
    3. What do people need to do for eligibility? (i.e. provide email, wallet address, username, etc.)
    4. Any links you'd like to provide to participants? (i.e. Sign up link, Discord server link, social media link, etc.)
    5. Image of swag/giveaway and your logo
  2. Attendees will see a link to a slideshow on the Attend page and a link to a Bountyblok contest and a Google form that captures their email, wallets, and info.
  3. The responses will be organized by NFTOPIA staff and posted to the #swag channel for attendees to check if they won and for you to select winners and contact them directly.

  1. Make sure you joined the Discord and have the Sponsor role
  2. Go to your private channel under the Group DM categories
  3. Provide info and images
  4. Confirm swag slide design
  5. Promote on social media
  6. Wait for response window to close after event
  7. Receive responses in an organized Google Sheets posted to the #swag channel on Discord

How to access responses

  1. Make sure you joined the Discord and have the Sponsor role
  2. Go to the #swag channel and access the pinned post on the SWAG Form responses and link to Google Sheets
  3. Open the Google Sheets and click on the bottom tab with your project or company name and sort through responses to confirm they are eligible and have valid answers
  4. Send out swag
  5. ​Promote on social media

Is there a deadline?

It's always good to have the swag prepared ahead of time.

We can still welcome your contribution even if late. We can arrange a list of wallets to select winners and you can send directly if you'd like.

What does the SWAG Booth/Google Form/BountyBlok need?

  1. All your relevant links
  2. Steps to ensure eligiblity
  3. Promote on social media once swag has been distributed and tag @thenftopia on Twitter

What do attendees need to do?

  1. Attendees complete one WL (Whitelist) form by the end of the event
  2. Complete the Bountyblok link by the end of the event
  3. Cross your fingers and wait for swag to come!
