BE PROACTIVE

Know what you're getting into, ask questions, and work with staff.

Join Discord so that you have your sponsor private group DM channels created
Ask questions to staff in the private Group DM channels or the channels for sponsors under the PLANNING category
Send images and messaging to Discord public channel, general, and share channels as well as promoting your attendance on other platforms
Attend NFTOPIA School sessions or watch previous streams
View each page under Exhibitors to know more about everything
Purchase your sponsored items when ready
Let NFTOPIA staff know when you'd like to schedule events so that it can show up under the event landing page's schedule and inside the metaverse
Navigate around the metaverse for ideas and enter their other worlds to get to know how others have used their space
Test video and sound settings. If you're looking to share sounds from screenshare.

Interact with attendees (Use the text/voice/video chat)
Take screenshots and video clips
Talk about the event to your Twitter space, Discord, Telegram, livestream, website, social media, blog, your dog, etc.

Analytics will be shared to sponsors in the #general channel under PLANNING and Formatted Analytics (which can be purchased or included in the Large Booth package) will be sent directly to the paying sponsor's private Group DM channel

Now that you know your tools and resources, let's play with ideas

Enter the metaverse and get familiar with the space
View other booths and see how they are using their booth profile, slides, video, and links
Look around the venue and see where you might use the space such as room banners, presentation room, screen share, announcements, community lounge, etc.
Chat with fellow sponsors on the Discord #general channel under PLANNING
Use the group DM channel to talk to NFTOPIA staff about your ideas with your participation at the event

Create an event on Discord and link to NFTOPIA
Check out the schedule page and scroll down for ideas
If you have a game you'd like attendees to try, why not schedule times on the schedule to host live demos?
How about Hide and Seek where you set a time people must find you and they'll get a prize by taking a screenshot with you and posting with the appropriate tags?
Livestream the event and your activities surrounding NFTOPIA

Think of ways you can introduce attendees to your community, project, games/activities, etc.
Update your display name on websites/platforms

Send announcements to your community about attending NFTOPIA
Set up Bountyblok tools such as contests and giveaways
Create NFTOPIA collab NFTs to promote both NFTOPIA and your participation at the event

Engage, engage, engage!

Enter the metaverse and take video, screenshots, and gifs using programs such as ShareX
Use the media kit containing NFTOPIA logos, screenshots, videos, and gifs free for you to use
Talk about the event on all community and social media channels
Engage with those that mention or use the @thenftopia #nftopia tags
